摘　　要：地方高校确立教学服务型定位,应做好顶层设计与规划。以教学为中心,为地方培养高素质应用型创新人才;以科研为基础,不断提升科研水平和服务能力;以特色为抓手,彰显竞争与发展优势。人才培养、科学研究、文化传承创新与社会服务的紧密结合与相互促进,有利于地方高校有效达成教学服务型定位目标,实现持续健康发展。The local colleges to establish the teaching- service orientation,should do well in the top design and planning. with teaching as the center,as a place to train applied innovative talents. On the basis of the research,it shonld constantly enhance the level of scientific research and service ability. Advocating the features. heys the development of competition and advantage. Talents cultivation,scientific research,cultural inheritance and innovation,and social service together are beneficial to effectively achieve the teaching service positioning in local colleges,and realize the sustainable and healthy development.
