摘　　要：论述天津城市道路交通在"十二五"期间的发展,介绍当今世界及天津市城市交通的新动态。在此基础上,按照党中央"十三五"规划提出的五大发展理念,对天津市"十三五"城市道路交通进行研讨,并提出创新道路交通设计的理念与建议。The article discusses the development of urban road traffic in Tianjin during the'13th Five-Year'period, and introduces the new situation of Tianjin and the present world. On this basis, the article studies and discusses the'13th Five-Year'urban road traffic of Tianjin according to five great development concept stipulated in the '13th Five-Year'plan of China, and puts forward the concept and suggestion of innovation road traffic design.
