摘  要:为了探究冰冻疗法在大学生运动性软组织损伤处理中的运用价值,该文选取蚌埠医学院卫生管理系2015年4月—2016年3月经过运动受伤的134例大学生,分为对照组和研究组,对照组:红花油按摩+芬必得止疼;研究组:冰敷+红花油按摩+芬必得止疼。比较两组伤员的疼痛积分、肿胀积分、疼痛次数、康复时间及疗效。经过14天的治疗,两组伤员的疼痛积分、肿胀积分、疼痛次数明显改善,且研究组伤员的上述指标减少程度高于对照组。此外研究组伤员的康复时间明显少于对照组,且疗效优于对照组。因此,冰冻疗法能明显减少伤员的疼痛及肿胀症状,缩短疼痛时间,疗效好,具有临床推广价值。In order to analyze the application value of ice therapy applied in treating sports injuries in soft tissues of college students, it took 134 cases during April, 2015 - march, 2016 of sports injuries in soft tissues of the students in the Department of Health Management of Bengbu Medical College and divided them into two groups: group for comparison and group for analysis. In the group for comparison, the pain was treated by massaging with safflower oil and Fenbid pain - relievers while, in the group for analysis, the pain was treated by ice - covering, massaging with safflower oil and Fenbid pain - relievers. Then, it made a comparison in terms of the paining scores, congesting scores, occurrences of pain, curing periods and treating effects in the two groups. After 14 days' treatment, the. paining scores, congesting scores and occurrences of pain were obviously improved and the said indexes of the group for analysis were better than those of the group for comparison. Moreover, the curing period of the group for analysis was shorter than that of the group for comparison and the treating effect of the former group is better than that of the latter group. Therefore, ice therapy can obviously ease the pain and congestion of the injured, shorten the pain duration and produce better treating effect, which suggests a clinical value to be spread.
