摘　　要：目的通过荟萃分析系统评价平阳霉素注射治疗体表静脉畸形的疗效及安全性。方法在PubMed、Embase、CNKI、CBM、VIP检索平阳霉素注射治疗体表静脉畸形的文献,用改良后的Jadad量表评价文献质量,根据纳入和排除标准选择合适研究进行Meta分析。使用RevMan 5.2软件分析,计数资料用比值比(OR)表示,通过改变统计模型及指标进行敏感性分析,发表偏倚采用倒漏斗图显示。结果共11篇文献纳入研究。结果显示,平阳霉素有效率高于鱼肝油酸钠;平阳霉素有效率低于无水乙醇,严重不良反应发生率低于无水乙醇;平阳霉素联合激素治疗有效率高于鱼肝油酸钠,其中联合泼尼松不良反应发生率低于鱼肝油酸钠;平阳霉素联合地塞米松有效率及不良反应发生率与聚桂醇治疗组比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论 Meta分析结果显示,平阳霉素注射治疗体表静脉畸形可有效减少血管性包块的体积,单药或联合用药时疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bleomycin injection in treatment of superfi- cial venous malformation by meta-analysis. Methods A systematic search through PubMed, Embase, CBM, CNKI, and VIP databases was carried out to screen the literature regarding Bleomycin injection for superficial venous malformation treatment. RevMan 5.2 was used to review the studies. The outcome was indicated by OR and 95% CI. The sensitivity analysis was conducted by changing the analysis model and indicators. The publi- cation bias was shown by funnel plot. Results Eleven articles from the literatures were included in the studies. The synthesis analysis showed the experimental group of Bleomycin was more effective than that of sodium morrhuate, but less than that of ethanol; The incidence of severe adverse effects of Bleomycin was significantly lower than that of ethanol. When combined with steroids, it was as effective as sodium morrhuate, while the incidence of severe adverse effects was less. Compared with the group of poly cinnamyl alcohol, there was no statistical significance in either effect or severe adverse effects. Conclusion Bleomycin can obviously decrease the volume of superficial venous malformation lesions. The efficacy is remarkable.
