摘 要:为了提高独立风光系统的供电可靠性,应为其配置储能系统。但目前储能装置的成本高,故应合理地配置储能系统容量。以计及储能寿命的整个储能系统工程使用年限内的总成本作为目标函数,以不同类型储能各自补偿频段的分界频率作为优化变量,以负荷缺电率(LPSP)、能量浪费率(SPSP)及储能的荷电状态等为约束条件,并采用改进粒子群算法求解该模型。最后,通过分析算例结果,验证了该优化模型与算法的正确性和有效性。In order to reduce the energy storage costs of stand-alone Wind/PV power generation system and im- prove the reliability of power supply, it is necessary to configure the capacity ratio of storage system reasona- bly. An optimization model is constructed, which considers the lowest cost as the optimization objective in vii^w of the energy storagels life, the dividing frequency of different types of energy storagets own compensa- tion frequency band as optimization variables, and considers the LPSP, SPSP, SOC as the constraint, then use the improved PSO algorithm to solve the optimization problem. Finally, the example results indicated that the optimization model and algorithm are correct and effective.
