摘 要:天津市商业体系一直保持单中心布局模式,城市核心区周边及城市次级商业中心难以找到合适的发展定位,轨道交通的发展能够起到一定的引领和带动作用.选取了天津市中心城区三个典型案例站点,通过基于空间句法理论的相关软件分析与调研统计相结合的手法,对站点站域空间街道网络的实例分析,总结出商业型轨道交通站域空间网络结构特点及其对商业分布的影响规律.Tianjin' s commercial system has maintained a single-core distribution pattern, raising difficulties for the commercial centers located in vicinity to the core area or in the secondary business districts to identify optimal development path, however, the introduction of urban rail transit has played a moderate guiding and facilitating role in this scenario. This essay adopts research methods like survey, space syntax analysis and statistics to examine three typical stations located within the urban core of Tianjin. The case studies on the station area street network of the three operating station allows us to identify the structural features of the station area space network of commercial rail traffic and their influences on the commercial distribution pattern.
