摘　　要：目的:构建基于寻常型银屑病患者报告以主症为疗效评价指标的临床结局评价量表。方法:通过古今文献研究、症状统计分析、关联分析等方法对主要症状进行归纳总结形成条目池,并通过核心小组反复讨论对量表维度进行构想。主症量表在条目池通过专家问卷调查方法(Delphi法)进行筛选后进行语言及量尺词语的转换,最终形成初稿。结果:古今文献研究统计的症状条目共有90个,依据症状频次统计和关联分析结果,量表维度从"血热""血虚血燥""血瘀"等三方面进行构想,专家问卷调查筛选出14个主症条目,量表的评定性质为评价类患者自评量表,主要用于评价中医药治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效评价。结论:寻常型银屑病主症PRO量表具有中医特色,需要进一步对其信度、效度进行评价。从文献为基础进行寻常型银屑病主症PRO量表的构建方法可行,形成的主症量表的过程可为其他同类量表的构建方法提供参考。Objective： To develop the patient- reported outcome draft scale of psoriasis vulgaris based on main symptoms for evaluating efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods： It was developed by literature research,symptom analysis,correlation analysis,summary of the main symptoms and discussion by the core group to do the conceptual framework. Item pool was developed after questionnaire survey from experts through Delphi method to screen. We transferred the conversion of the scale and quantity of words to evaluate the severity of each main symptom and the draft of scale was formed. Results： A total of 90 symptoms were analyzed from the ancient and modern literature research. According to the results of symptom frequency statistical analysis and correlation analysis,the conceptual framework was done from the perspective of blood heat,blood dryness and deficiency and blood stasis and divided into three domains. Fourteen main symptom items were selected after expert questionnaire from the item pools. It was a self- rating scale,mainly used to evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion： The PRO scale of the main symptoms for psoriasis vulgaris had the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and the reliability and validity need to be further evaluated. The developing process of PRO scale for psoriasis vulgaris was feasible,which could provide the reference to develop other similar scales.
