金水宝胶囊治疗2型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效研究及对患者血管内皮的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察与分析金水宝胶囊治疗2型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效研究及对患者血管内皮的影响,为临床运用金水宝胶囊治疗2型糖尿病肾病提供客观依据。方法:将288例患者随机分为常规对照组(144例)和加服金水宝胶囊治疗组(144例),观察治疗前后两组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血肌酐、及24 h尿微量清蛋白水平的变化及血管内皮功能的改善状况。结果:(1)组内比较显示,治疗组在治疗前后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血肌酐、及24 h尿微量清蛋白水平及血管内皮功能均有改善(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。(2)治疗后组间比较显示,治疗组在空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血肌酐、24 h尿微量清蛋白水平及空腹状态下的肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张程度的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。(3)治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率为79%,经χ2检验,P<0.05,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论:在常规治疗的基础上加用金水宝胶囊,可以延缓DN的进展,在一定程度上保护患者的肾功。Objective： To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Jinshui Bao capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy and its effect on the blood vessel endothelium. To provide objective evidence for the clinical application of Jinshui Bao capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 288 cases were randomly divided into two groups： the control group（ 144 cases） and the treatment group（ 144 cases） with Jinshui Bao Bao capsule. To observed before and after treatment in the two groups of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum creatinine,and urine albumin levels of the changes and vascular endothelial function in improving the situation. Results：（1） within group comparison showed that,treatment group before and after treatment,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum creatinine,and urine trace albumin level and vascular endothelial function were improve（ P 〈 0. 05）,with statistical significance.（2） after treatment between groups comparison showed that the treatment group in the fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum creatinine,and urine micro albumin levels and fasting state of the brachial artery endothelial dependent diastolic degree of improvement were better than the control group（ P〈 0. 05） with statistical significance.（3）The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the total effective rate of the control group was 79%,the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group by chi square test,P〈 0. 05. Conclusion： In the conventional treatment based on the use of Jinshui Bao capsule,can delay the progress of DN,to a certain extent,protect the renal function of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
