摘  要:目的:优选苦参中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的提取、纯化等工艺方法。方法:采用正交设计法优化提取工艺并进行验证。结果:对苦参经温浸提取,纯化后的沉淀物进行酸水再次温浸的最佳工艺为加0.1%盐酸水溶液,每次10倍量,温浸提取1次,苦参中的苦参碱与氧化苦参碱的总量转移率在97%以上。结论:用该工艺提取苦参碱和氧化苦参碱,稳定可行,得率高,实用性强。Objective: By a technique method to optimize the extraction and purification about the matrine and oxymareine in Sophora flavescebts Ait. Methods: The orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction technique method and verified it. Results: The best technology was 0. 1% hydrochloric acid water solution,10 times per time,1 times of warm water after the extraction of the Sophora flavescebts Ait by warm acid water soaking,the precipitate washed by acid water again. Meanwhile the total transfer rate of matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora flavescebts Ait was above 97%. Conclusion: Using this technology to extract matrine and oxymatrine is stable and feasible and has high yield,practical and strong.
