摘　　要：目的:总结旴江谢氏针刀刺营微创疗法治疗急性咽炎的临床研究结果,判断其临床疗效及安全性,探索其机理。方法:将106例急性咽炎患者随机分为治疗组(旴江谢氏针刀刺营微创疗法组)和对照组(西药组),观察两组的疗效并做统计学分析。结果:治疗组治疗7 d后愈显率与对照组无明显差异,但两组治疗4 d后治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:旴江谢氏针刀刺营微创疗法为临床治疗急性咽炎提供了一种效、简、便、廉的自然疗法。Objective： To summarize the clinical researching results of acute pharyngitis treated by blood- letting acupuncture and judge its clinical therapeutic effects. Methods： A total of 106 cases with acute pharyngitis were divided into acupuncture group and medicine control group（ treated by acupuncture and medicine differently） and then observe the therapeutic effects of two groups and make statistical analysis. Results： There was no significantly statistical difference between the two groups. But there was significantly statistical difference in onset time. Conclusion： The treatment method of blood- letting is safe and effective on treating acute pharyngitis.
