摘　　要：普拉睾酮(DHEA)是人体肾上腺与性腺分泌的重要生理活性物质和典型的甾族类化合物,主要以硫酸普拉睾酮钠的形式进入血液循环。目前,DHEA在衰老、肾上腺机能不足、阴道萎缩症、卵巢储备功能低下、系统性红斑狼疮、炎症性肠病等临床适应证方面已有较多的应用研究,且在卵巢储备功能低下、阴道萎缩症等临床应用方面已获得了积极的正面效应,在骨关节炎、骨质疏松、动脉粥样硬化、多发性硬化症、糖尿病、皮肤干燥、男性吸烟患者的戒断症、成瘾性、艾滋病等病症也偶有研究或报道。因此,DHEA未来可能不仅仅是一个抗衰老的膳食补充剂,其在药物应用领域方面的应用研究也有可能会带来巨大的社会效益和经济效益。Dehydroepiandrosterone （DHEA） secreted by adrenal cortex and gonadal glands, is known as an important physiological active typical steroid compound. DHEA enters into blood circulation mainly in the form of Dehy- droepiandrosterone Sulphate （DHEAS）. At present, increasing researches focus on its clinical indications ih aging, a- drenal insufficiency, vaginal atrophy （VVA）, diminished ovarian reserve （DOR）, systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） and inflammatory bowel disease （IBD）. And DHEA has received positive effects in the ovarian reserve function deficit, vagi- nal atrophy and other clinical applications. Moreover, several reports indicate that DI-IEA also participates in os- teoarthritis, osteoporosis, atherosclerosis, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, sjogren＇s syndrome,naddiction and withdrawal in Symptoms of male smoking patients and HIV disease and so on. Therefore, although DHEA now is used as a kind of popular nutritional supplement, it may be further applied to more researches in clinical medicines in the future. If suc- ceed, it will bring huge economic and socia! benefits.
