摘　　要：以环氧乙烷和一甲胺为原料制备N-甲基二乙醇胺,考察了反应条件对产物N-甲基二乙醇胺的影响。研究表明,反应温度为160℃,反应压力为3MPa,反应时间为2h,一甲胺与环氧乙烷物料的物质的量比为1∶3时,产物N-甲基二乙醇胺的收率可以达到99%。N-methyldiethanolamine was synthesized using the ethylene oxide and monomethylamine as starting materials.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction pressure,reaction time,the molar ratio of the starting material on the reaction were investigated.The results indicate that the N-methyldiethanolamine yield can reach 99%when the reaction temperature was 160℃,the reaction pressure was 3.0MPa,the reaction time was 2h,the molar ratio of monomethylamine to ethylene oxide was 1∶3.
