摘 要:针对焊接残余应力对油气管道的不利影响,采用基于有限元方法对西气东输X80管道焊接接头的轴向和径向残余应力进行了数值模拟,并通过参数敏感性分析,研究了焊接线能量和层间温度的对轴向残余应力和径向残余应力的影响规律。结果表明:轴向残余应力随着焊接线能量和层间温度的升高而增大,而径向残余应力呈减小趋势;近焊缝区的径向残余应力较中间层小,轴向残余应力较远焊缝区大。根据研究结果,提出了最大残余应力的预测模型和减小焊接残余应力的措施,为保障我国在役X80油气管道的安全生产具有重要意义。Aiming at the adverse effect of welding residual stress on oil and gas pipeline,the axial and radial residual stresses of welded joints on West East Gas Transmission X80 pipeline were numerically simulated based on the finite element analysis. The influence laws of welding heat input and interpass temperature on the radial and axial residual stress were studied through the parameter sensitivity analysis. The results showed that the axial residual stress tends to increase in general with the increasing of welding heat input and interpass temperature,while the radial residual stress tends to decrease. The radial residual stress near the weld zone is smaller than that of the intermediate layer,while the axial residual stress is larger than that far away from the weld zone. According to the results,the prediction model of the maximum residual stress and the measures to decrease the welding residual stress were put forward,which are important to guarantee the work safety of in-service X80 oil and gas pipelines in China.
