水稻籼型光温敏核不育系F133S的选育研究

摘　　要：籼型光温敏核不育系F133S是以1892S为母本、R3061为父本杂交,经过6年12代定向低温加压系谱选择而成,该不育系起点温度低、育性稳定、败育彻底、株型好、穗多、抗性较好、抗倒、米质较优、配合力强、异交结实率高,2013年通过安徽省农作物品种审定委员会组织的技术鉴定。该研究介绍了F133S的选育过程、特征特性,以期进一步推广运用该不育系。Derived from the cross of 1892S（ as the female） and R3061（ as the male）,F133 S is a new photo-thermo-sensitive genetic male sterile line in Indica rice. It was bred after six years and 12 generations of directional selection under the condition of low temperature stress. F133 S showed the characteristics of low critical temperature,complete and stable male sterility,panicles with many spikelets,good blast resistance,good grain quality,high combining ability and favorable outcrossing habits. F133 S was certified by Anhui Provincial Crop Variety Release Committee in 2013. In this research,breeding process and characteristics of F133 S were introduced,aiming at further popularizing and applying this variety.
