摘  要:[目的]建立土壤和沉积物中硫化物的测定方法。[方法]采用酸化吹气法处理土壤和沉积物中的硫化物,用亚甲基蓝分光光度法测定硫化物。[结果]硫化物浓度在0-70 mg/L时,线性良好。当取样量为20.0 g时,方法检出限为0.04 mg/kg。6次测定结果的RSD在10.0%以下,实际样品加标回收率达到90.0%以上。[结论]亚甲基蓝分光光度法测定土壤和沉积物中硫化物操作简单,精密度及准确度均能满足实际样品分析要求。[Objective] The aim was to establish determination method for sulfide in soil and sediment. [Method] Sulfide in soil and sediment was processed by acidification nitrogen blowing and was determined by methylene blue spectrophotometry.[Result]The method showed good linearity in the concentration range of 0- 70 mg / L. The detection limits were 0. 04 mg / kg when the sampling weight was 20. 0 g. The RSD was under10. 0% by 6 times detection. The sample recovery rate was above 90. 0%. [Conclusion] Using methylene blue spectrophotometry to determine sulfide in soil and sediment is simple,precision and accuracy can meet the requirements of actual sample analysis.
