摘　　要：以口岸涉恐安全风险数据监测的必要性为起点,论述了口岸涉恐安全风险监测的对象和指标,在此基础上,从涉恐安全风险数据平台建设、社会数据与平台衔接、涉恐安全风险监测机制建设、口岸涉恐安全风险数据监测模型开发等方面提出了口岸涉恐安全风险数据监测的具体实施策略。本文的创新点在于,从数据监测的角度,提出了口岸涉恐安全风险的防范,提出了可行性较强的监测指标。This paper starts from the necessity of data monitoring of port terrorism security risks, discusses its objects and indicators and comes up with a specific implementation strategies through building data platform, converging social data, constructing monitor mechanism and developing model on this basis. The innovation point of this paper is to put forward the prevention of the security risk of the port involved in terrorism, and put forward a feasible monitoring index from the view of data monitoring.
