摘　　要：为分析研究鼻部骨折的法医学损伤程度鉴定,指导法医临床检案之需要,本文拟从研究鼻部的骨性解剖结构及特征入手,分别就鼻部损伤致骨折的特点和临床表现、CT断层扫描的临床诊断意义以及鼻部骨折的法医学损伤程度鉴定原则等进行深度的讨论和分析,在此基础上就鼻部骨折如何进行损伤程度鉴定提出笔者的研究分析思路。To give an analysis of forensic medical severity evaluation of nasal bone fracture, as well as to find out a proper guidance for forensic clinical case evaluation, this paper, beginning with nasal bone anatomical structure and its characteristics, gives a detailed discussion and exploration of the features of nasal bone fracture caused by various damages and their respective clinical manifestations, the clinical diagnostic significance of CT tomographic scanning, and the principles for forensic medical severity evaluation of nasal bone fracture, and provides the author＇ own approaches to give a better evaluation.
