推进分级诊疗有效落实的策略研究

摘　　要：分级诊疗体系在我国的建立势在必行,但就近几年推行实施的效果来看并不如意。通过对阻碍我国分级诊疗有效推进的主要原因进行分析,总结出要使分级诊疗有效落实,必须在卫生规划、基层服务能力、转诊标准和程序、医保链接、宣传教育等方面加强工作。It is imperative to establish tiered medial service system in China.However the implementation in recent years was not satisfying.According to analysis of the main reasons hindering the effective implementation of tiered medical service,this article summarizes that the effective implementation of tiered medical service depends on enhancement in medical planning,basic service institutes＇ability,standard and procedure of referral,docking of medical insurance and promotion and education.
