摘　　要：发展家庭医疗服务是深化我国基层卫生综合改革的重要任务之一,也是转变服务模式、适应人口老龄化、疾病谱转变的必然要求。通过文献研究、专家咨询等方法,对英国、加拿大、中东欧国家及上海市长宁区等地区的家庭医疗服务模式进行比较,分析不同国家或地区家庭医疗服务内容、服务范围和相应的医保基金支付方式,提出我国发展家庭医疗服务时应借鉴的国内外经验,为构建适合我国实际的家庭医疗服务模式及医保基金支付方式提供参考。Developing family medical service plays an key role in strengthening primary medical service comprehensive reform in China,also to be inevitable requirement of meeting service model,edging tendency of people and disease spectrum change.We conduct comparative analysis on family medical service systems and payments among British,Canada,eastern and central European countries and Changning District in Shanghai by literature review and expert consultation,and how medical insurance fund pays for items,scope and methods of family medical service.This research will tell us how to construct our family medical service system and payment reform from the experience and challenges of these countries.
