茂名市电白区农村五保户供养现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的探索五保供养对象生存现状及存在的问题。方法采用问卷调查和访谈方式,对茂名市电白区某镇128名五保供养对象进行调查。结果五保户的吃、穿问题已基本解决,但难以全面落实五保供养内容,其中住房、医疗问题较为突出。此外存在集中供养率不高、敬老院处境艰难、救助资金发放渠道不合理等问题。结论政府应加强敬老院建设,提升五保供养标准,完善五保资金发放方式以提升五保供养制度保障能力。Objectives To explore the survival status and the problems of subjects supported by the five guarantees in rural areas.Methods 128 beneficiaries of Atown,Dianbaidistrict in Maomingcity were investigated by questionnaires and interviews.Results Theeating and wearing problems of the beneficiaries were solved basically,while theexisting housing and medical problems were difficult to fully implement.In addition,some other problems still existed,such as low intensive support rate,difficult situations of gerocomium and unreasonable relief funds distribution channels,and so on.Conclusions The government should strengthen the construction of gerocomium,improve the five guarantee fund standards as well as its payment methods to enhance the support ability of the five guaranteesystem.
