摘　　要：新工质环保制冷剂R290替代HCFCs已经越来越被关注,其中R290与冷冻油混合与相关接触材料的化学反应日益成为产品开发的焦点问题。本文重点通过实验研究R290制冷剂和当前常用制冷剂在混合冷冻油的情况下对ABS塑料件形变的影响,分析ABS注塑件脆化的原因并找出一体式R290制冷空调系统中可采用的最优冷冻油。The natural refrigerant R290, which is the alternative of HCFCS, has been paid more and more attention. And the chemical reaction between the mixture of R290 with refrigerant oil and related contact material has increas-ingly become the focus of product development. Through the experiments, this paper researches respectively the influence of R290 refrigerant and the common refrigerants in recent in the condition of mixed refrigerant oil on the ABS plastic deformation. It analyzes reasons of the ABS deformation, and find out the optimized refrigerant oil ad-opted by the integrated refrigeration air conditioner with R290 refrigerant.
