恢刺针法治疗梨状肌综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察恢刺针法治疗梨状肌综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例梨状肌综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予一般针刺疗法治疗,治疗组给予恢刺针法治疗,均针刺10次为一疗程,3个疗程后比较两组病例治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)并进行疗效评定。结果:两组病例治疗前与治疗后VAS评分和ODI指数比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组治疗后VAS评分和ODI指数比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为84.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恢刺针法治疗梨状肌综合征有较好的临床疗效,且优于一般针刺疗法。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on pyriformis syndrome treated by relaxing needling. Methods： Divide 60 patients with pyriformis syndrome into a treatment group and a control group randomly,with 30 cases in each group. Give general acupuncture therapy to treat the patients in the control group and give relaxing needling to treat the patients in the treatment group. Ten treatments were as one course; after 3 courses compare the scores of Visual Analogue Scale（ VAS） and Oswestry Dability Index（ ODI） between two groups and assess their curative effects. Results： The difference of the scores of VAS and ODI between two groups before and after treatment was of statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. The difference of the scores of VAS and ODI between the treatment group and the control group after treatment was of statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 7% and in the control group it was 84. 3%,and the difference of two groups was of statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The relaxing needling achieves a satisfactorily clinical efficacy on pyriformis syndrome,and the efficacy is superior to the general acupuncture therapy.
