强刺激速刺阿呛穴治疗中风后吞咽困难疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察强刺激速刺阿呛穴治疗中风后吞咽困难的疗效。方法:将69例中风后吞咽困难的患者随机分为治疗组(强刺激速刺阿呛穴组)36例和对照组(常规针刺组)33例。治疗组,在常规神经内科治疗基础上,加用强刺激速刺阿呛穴,每天治疗1次,共治疗20次;对照组给予常规神经内科治疗及针刺廉泉穴治疗,每天治疗1次,共治疗20次,评价两组治疗前后洼田氏饮水试验评分变化及临床疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为97.2%(35/36),对照组的总有效率为72.7%(24/33),两组治疗总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后洼田氏饮水试验评分均下降,且下降程度均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后两组洼田氏饮水试验评分比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:强刺激速刺阿呛穴是治疗中风后吞咽困难的一种有效疗法。Objective： To observe the curative effect on paralytics＇ dysphagia after treating apoplexy by stimulating Aqiang acupoint strongly and quickly. Methods： 69 paralytics with dysphagia were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 patients in the treatment group（ by stimulating Aqiang acupoint strongly and quickly） and33 patients in the control group. In the treatment group,patients were treated by the special treatment of stimulating Aqiang acupoint strongly and quickly in addition to the common neurology treatment once a day for 20 days. In the control group,patients were treated only by the common neurology treatment once a day for 20 days. The changes of the scores of water drinking test and the clinical effects in two groups were evaluated. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 97. 2%（ 35 /36）,and in the control group it was 72. 7%（ 24 /33）. There was a statistical significance between two groups（ P〈0. 01）. There was a statistical significance according to the scores of water drinking test before and after treatment in two groups（ P〈0. 01）. There was a statistical significance according to the scores of water drinking test after treatment between two groups（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： It is an effective therapy to treat dysphagia caused by apoplexy by stimulating Aqiang point strongly and quickly.
