摘　　要：系统梳理张景岳论治消渴的观点,从宏观角度总结张氏论治消渴的内在结构规律,可概括为3点:治消之法,首辨虚实;消证有阴阳,首提阴消;三消之火,源于命门,重视从肾论治。张景岳论治消渴,见解独到,阐前世之未见,开后世之先河。The author studied the opinions of ZHANG Jing-yue in the treatment of diabetes, and summa- rized from the macroscopic angle the inner structure rules for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, and it can be summarized as the following three points： the method of treating xiao, first distinguishes the xu or shi, xiao has Yin and Yang, the first mention of Yin xiao; the fire of sanxiao, is derived from mingmen, attention from kidney treatment. The opinion of ZHANG Jing-yue in treatment of diabetes from is very unique, which has not seen in the past, and opened a precedent for the future generations.
