摘  要:目的:优化矮地茶多糖提取工艺。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法建立矮地茶中糖含量测定方法,同时以糖含量为指标,采用响应面法对矮地茶多糖提取温度、提取时间、料液比3个影响因素进行工艺优化。结果:建立了矮地茶多糖提取模型,回归模型显著;提取优化条件为:提取温度90℃,提取时间1.8 h,料液比1∶32。结论:该提取工艺合理,矮地茶多糖的提取率高。Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Ardisia japonica Polysaccharides (AJP). Meth- ods: Phenol-sulfuric methods were used for the detection of the content of polysaccharides from Ardisia japonica. Extraction temperature, extraction duration and solid- liquid ratio were investigated by Response surface method- ology using the yield of AJP as index. Results: The extraction process of AJP was build, and the model is re- markable. The best conditions gained: the extraction temperature was 90 ℃, the distilled time was 1.8 h, and the solid- liquid ratio was 1:32. Conclusion: The extraction technology is reasonable, and AJP has high extraction rate.
