摘　　要：以云南中医学院中医类相关专业(中医学、中西医临床医学、针灸推拿学)近三届(2010-2012年)的本科毕业生为研究对象,通过追踪调查毕业生实践能力,了解中医类本科毕业生实践能力的现状,分析其形成的影响因素,有针对性的指导在校生人才培养方案的调整和修订,构建毕业生质量追踪调查与在校生人才培养模式改革的互动机制,大力推进中医本科教学改革。This paper studied the nearly three years university graduates of Yunnan College of TCM, who major in traditional Chinese medicine related major （Chinese medicine specialty, traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine specialty, acupuncture and massage specialty） , to understand the practical ability of traditional Chinese medical graduates and analyze the influence factors. By tracking the practical ability of graduates, the research proposed guidance opinion of adjustment and revision for talent cultivation program, constructed the interactive mechanism between the survey of graduates and the talent cultivation mode, and vigorously promoted the reform of undergraduate teaching of TCM.
