蛇床子水提液与苯扎溴铵协同杀菌效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察蛇床子水提液与苯扎溴铵协同杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验进行实验室研究。结果蛇床子水提液与苯扎溴铵混合溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、黑曲霉和白色念珠菌作用2 min,协同系数T/E值为4 805.19、54 505.26、3 376.34和1 754.09,起到了显著的协同杀菌效果。结论蛇床子水提液与苯扎溴铵具有良好协同杀菌效果。Objective To know the synergic germicidal efficacy of Common cnidium aqueous extract combined with bro- mogeramine. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out laboratory study. Results Common cnidium aqueous extract combined with bromogeramine had obviously synergetic germicidal efficacy. The synergic coefficient （T/E value） were 4 805.19,54 505.26,3 376.34 and 1 754.09 respectively with a 2 min contact time to Staphyloccocus aureus （ ATCC 6538 ）, Escherichia coli （ 8099 ） ,Aspergillius niger （ ATCC 16404 ） and Canidia albicans （ ATCC 10231 ）. Con- clusion Common cnidium aqueous extract combined with bromogeramine has significant synergetic germicidal efficacy.
