摘  要:光纤拉丝温度是影响光纤性能的关键因素,为了获得稳定而优良的光纤性能,应保持光纤拉丝温度的恒定,并对光纤拉丝温度进行定期校准。介绍了牵引张力、拉丝张力与拉丝温度的关系,从理论上分析了牵引张力与拉丝温度的关系,通过试验验证了利用牵引张力进行拉丝温度校准的可行性。该方法方便、经济、可靠,很好地保证了光纤质量的一致性。Drawing temperature is the key factor that affects the performances of optical fiber.To get stable and good quality performances of the fiber,the drawing temperature should be kept constant and calibrated periodically.The relationship among traction tension,drawing tension and drawing temperature is introduced and the relationship between traction tension and drawing temperature is analyzed theoretically.The feasibility that the temperature can be calibrated by the traction tension is verified by experiments.The method is convenient,economical and reliable so that the consistency of the optical fiber quality can be ensured.
