摘  要:传媒要发展,人才是关键。为了留住人才,民国时期新闻学界极力倡导报馆"培庸奖进,蔚为成材"的思想;也即主张通过及时的专业技术教育培训来实现新进员工或平庸员工的进步与提高,通过派发红利或股票等方式额外奖励先进员工的贡献与业绩,通过合理的薪酬与基本的福利尽力留住所有员工。Talent is the key to the development of mass media.In order to retain talent, journalism advocated newspaper had had the thought of 'Culture of Mediocrity and Reward Advanced' in the period of the Republic of China.Namely, it is advocated that the progress and improvement of new employees or mediocre employees through timely professional and technical education and training,contribution and performance of advanced employees by means of payment of dividends or stock bonus and try to keep all employees with reasonable compensation and basic benefits.
