肾动脉栓塞联合射频消融治疗不能手术切除的肾癌的效果评价

摘　　要：目的：探讨肾动脉栓塞联合射频消融（ RFA）治疗不能手术切除的肾癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年6月至2014年7月24例确诊肾癌但不能手术切除的患者，先行超选择性肾动脉栓塞术，术后1周内行CT引导下经皮肾癌射频消融术。术后半年、1年行CT或MRI扫描，比较肿瘤变化及评价其疗效。结果24例患者共随访1年，半年总有效率为87.5％，1年总有效率为70.8％。结论对不能手术切除的肾癌患者，行肾动脉栓塞联合射频消融治疗创伤小，耐受性好，短期疗效明显，是一种安全有效的治疗手段。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of transcather renal artery embolization combined with radiofrequency ablation on unresectable renal carcinomas. Methods The clinical data of 24 patients with unresectable renal carcinomas from June 2010 to July 2014 were retrospectively ana-lyzed. All of the patients underwent transcather renal artery embolization firstly,then underwent CT-guided percutaneous renal cell carcinoma radiofrequency ablation one week later. Six months and one year after treatment,CT or MRI examinations were performed to observe the changes of tumors and to compare their efficacy. Results All of patients were followed up for 1 year. The total effective rate of six months was 87. 5%,and the total effective rate of one year was 70. 8%. Conclusions For the treatment of unresectable renal carcinomas,transcather renal artery embolization combined with radiofrequency ab-lation has some advantages such as less invasion,good tolerance and good short-term effect.
