摘  要:目的:对白簕提取物的抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌和美白活性进行研究,评价白簕提取物的生物活性强弱。方法:以测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)来评价白簕提取物抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌生长的活性;以抑制B16黑色素瘤细胞内酪氨酸酶能力,测定其美白活性。结果:白簕醇提物和水提物抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌的MIC值分别为2.5 mg·mL^(-1)和5 mg·mL^(-1);白簕水提物对酪氨酸酶抑制活性较好,但醇提物未发现该活性。结论:白簕醇提物具有良好的抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌活性,而水提物的活性则表现在抑制酪氨酸酶中。Objective: Antimicrobial activity against Propionibacterium acnes and whitening effect of extract of Eleutherococcus trifoliatus were studied to assay the bioactivities. Methods: Antimicrobial activity against P. acnes was evaluated by MIC. Whitening effect was tested by the tyrosinase inhibitory activity in B16 cell. Results: The MIC of ethanol extract and water extract were 2. 5 mg·mL^-1, 5 mg·mL^-1, respectively. Water extract had good tyrosinase inhibitory activity, while ethanol extract showed no effect. Conclusion: Ethanol extract had stronger activity than water extract in antimicrobial against P. acnes, but water extract had good tryosinase inhibitory activity.
