摘  要:目的:了解三岛柴胡复合群的生物学和生态学特征,为开展分类和品种筛选提供科学依据。方法:查阅资料,踏查、样地调查及数据统计相结合的方法。结果:测量六个居群的株高、叶片、伞辐、小苞片、果实及根茎部等7组生物学性状,获得了生境、基质、日照、降雨、年均气温、无霜期、有效积温、伴生物种等8组生态数据。结论:根据三岛柴胡复合群形态学性状和生态特征的分化,给出了初步分类检索表。建议进一步结合分子生物学手段进行分类地位及亲缘关系的鉴定,并开展有效成分测定,为筛选有价值品系奠定基础。Objective: To better understand biological and ecological features of Bupleurum falcatum complex. Methods: Consulting literature, sample plot survey and statistics methods were applied in the study. Results: Plant height, leaf blade, umbel ray, bractlet, fruit and root features of were observed. Meanwhile, their habitat, soil type, sunshine per year, annual rainfall, average annual temperature, frost-free period, effective accumulated temperature and companion species were also investigated and identified respectively. Conclusion: According to morphological and ecological differentiation among six populations, a preliminary key was given. Our suggestion is to identify their relationship based on molecular and chromosome data, and carry out active ingredient study for valuable varieties selection.
