摘  要:目的:评价3种不同土壤条件下怀牛膝的质量。方法:对垆土地、沙土地、黏土地栽培的牛膝,进行水分、灰分、外观性状、醇溶性浸出物、β-蜕皮甾酮和牛膝多糖的比较分析。结果:3种不同土壤条件下牛膝的水分、灰分、醇溶性浸出物均符合药典规定;经变异系数权重法分析,品质为垆土地>沙土地>黏土地。结论:怀牛膝栽培以垆土地为宜。Objective: To evaluate the quality of Achyranthes bidentata in 3 different soil condition. Methods: The comparative analysis of moisture, ash, content ethanol-soluble extractives,β-ecdysone andpolysaccharides of A. bidentata were carried out in different soil condition, including loessial soil cultivation, sand land cultivation, viscosity land cultivation. Results: The moisture and ash content of A. bidentata, from 3different cultivation models, were up to specification of the Chinese pharmacopoeia. The artificial loessial soil cultivation was proved to bebetter andmechanical loessial soil cultivationwas proved to be worse according to the method of weighted mean and the principal component analysis. Conclusion : In the progress of cultivation of A. bidentata, selecting the artificial loessial soil cultivation is appropriate and the artificial loessial soil cultivation of A. bidentate still needs further standardized research.
