西洋参茎叶化学成分研究进展

摘　　要：本文查阅了国内外西洋参茎叶相关文献,按其化学结构进行分类,对西洋参茎叶的化学成分作一综述。西洋参茎叶的主要化学成分是三萜皂苷类、黄酮、挥发油和木脂素等。希望此研究能为西洋参和西洋参茎叶的研究开发与深加工提供参考。This paper summarized the chemical constituents of Panax quinquefolium L stems and leaves according to the different chemical structures after reviewing the relevant literatures at home and abroad. The main chemical ingredients of P. quinquefolium stems and leaves are triterpenoid saponins, some other chemical ingredients are flavonoid, volatile oil and lignans. This paper provides a reference for the comprehensive utilization of P. quinquefolium, as well as the research and the deep processing of the P. quinquefolium stems and leaves.
