摘  要:利用一步法成功合成聚硝基苯乙烯,并研究了加料方式、硝酸比、聚合温度、溶剂极性对聚合物分子量及收率的影响.结果表明:聚合温度降低,产物分子量增加,硝基导入率降低;正加法及硝酸比的提高有利于分子量的增加,溶剂极性对反应有显著的影响,增加极性有利于反应进行.Polynitrostyrene was successfully synthesized by one-step method. The influences of feeding method,nitrate ratio,polymerization temperature and solvent types on the molecular weight and yield of polymnitrostyrene were studied. The results showed that with the decrease of the polymerization temperature,the molecular weight and yield of polynitrostyrene were improved,but nitro degree is redused; positive additive method and high nitrate ratio is conducive to the increase of molecular weight and yield,and the polarity of the solvent has significant effects on the reaction,increasing polarity is advantageous to the reaction.
