摘　　要：为提高培训质量,我科将PDCA循环法引入住院医师规范化培训的超声临床教学管理程序,将其分为四个阶段进行管理,即教学计划、实施、组织及总结处理,以期提高超声住院医师的综合素质和结业综合考核通过率,使超声住院医师临床教学管理进一步科学化、规范化。In order to improve the quality of residents training, PDCA circle theory was applied in teaching management for residents in ultrasound medicine. Based on the management program of PDCA circle theory, the residents in ultrasound medicine were divided into four stages of management, namely：Plan, Do,Check and Action. The practice proved that, the PDCA circle theory can help to increase the pass rate of final exams for residents training, and normalize clinical teaching management.
