外来玉米种质在吉林省的应用与创新

摘　　要：吉林省从20世纪60年代初期引入一批国外新种质,如M14、W20、W24等自交系,70年代后期至90年代初从国内各育种单位引入一批新种质,如B73、Mo17、丹340、铁7922、C8605、合344、M67、U8112、掖478等自交系,外来种质的引入是解决吉林省玉米资源匮乏的关键。本文对M14、Mo17、U8112、掖478的应用和创新进行阐述。A series of germplasm of maize were introduced from abroad to Jilin Province in the early 1960s, such as the inbred lines of ‘M 14＇, ‘W20＇, and ‘W24＇. A lot of new germplasm of maize were introduced from other breeding units from the 1970s to the 1990s, such as the inbred lines of ‘B73＇, ‘Mo17＇, ‘Dan340＇,‘Tie7922＇, ‘ C8605＇, ‘ He344＇, ＇ M67＇, ‘U8112＇ and ‘ Ye478＇. Introducing germplasm from other breeding units home and abroad is very important to solve the deficient of maize germplasm. In this paper, a summary was given to the utilization and innovation of ‘ M 14＇, ‘ Mo17＇, ‘U8112＇ and ‘Ye478＇
