摘 要:吉林省从20世纪60年代初期引入一批国外新种质,如M14、W20、W24等自交系,70年代后期至90年代初从国内各育种单位引入一批新种质,如B73、Mo17、丹340、铁7922、C8605、合344、M67、U8112、掖478等自交系,外来种质的引入是解决吉林省玉米资源匮乏的关键。本文对M14、Mo17、U8112、掖478的应用和创新进行阐述。A series of germplasm of maize were introduced from abroad to Jilin Province in the early 1960s, such as the inbred lines of ‘M 14', ‘W20', and ‘W24'. A lot of new germplasm of maize were introduced from other breeding units from the 1970s to the 1990s, such as the inbred lines of ‘B73', ‘Mo17', ‘Dan340',‘Tie7922', ‘ C8605', ‘ He344', ' M67', ‘U8112' and ‘ Ye478'. Introducing germplasm from other breeding units home and abroad is very important to solve the deficient of maize germplasm. In this paper, a summary was given to the utilization and innovation of ‘ M 14', ‘ Mo17', ‘U8112' and ‘Ye478'
