摘　　要：内分泌疾病常常会导致脱发症状,如垂体机能减退症、甲状腺功能减退症、甲状腺功能亢进症、甲状旁腺功能减退症、糖尿病、生长激素缺乏症、高泌乳素血症、多囊卵巢综合征、SAHA综合征(脂溢-痤疮-多毛-雄激素脱发综合征)、先天性肾上腺皮质增生症及库欣综合征等。通过从垂体、甲状腺、性腺、胰腺、肾上腺皮质及甲状旁腺等方面进行综述,阐述了内分泌系统疾病或紊乱可引起毛发的脱落及发育异常。此外,出现毛发异常时,需要排除患者是否伴发内分泌系统疾病。Hair loss is the eommon symptoms caused by endoerine disorders,including hypopitui- tarism, hypothyreosis, hyperthyreosis, hypoparathyroidism, diabetes mellitus, growth hormone deficiency, hyperprolaetinaemia, polycystie ovary syndrome, SAHA syn- drome,congenital adrenal hyperplasia and Cushing syndrome. This review will focus on the pituitary gland, thyroid gland and gonads, pancreas, adrenal cortex, and para- thyroid gland, etc, i. e. ,the endocrine system diseases or disorders that can cause hair loss and abnormal development of hair follicles. When there is hair abnormality,we should do some tests to exclude if there is endocrine system disease.
