摘　　要：女性型秃发的治疗包括非雄激素依赖性药物、抗雄激素药物的应用和植发等方法。目前广泛应用的米诺地尔溶液属于非雄激素依赖性药物。抗雄激素药物主要分为两类:一类为经典的雄激素受体拮抗剂,如螺内酯、醋酸环丙孕酮等,这类药物可以阻止睾酮及双氢睾酮与受体结合;另一类则是通过抑制5α还原酶来调控毛囊周围雄激素水平,如非那雄胺、度他雄胺等。除此之外,还有植发治疗、激光治疗、自体富血小板血浆、脂肪组织干细胞等疗法。Treatments for Female Pattern Hair Loss（ FPHL） include androgen-independent drugs,anti-androgen drugs,hair transplant etc. The minoxidil solution is widely used as an androgen-independent drug. The oral anti-androgen drugs taken by patients are mainly divided into two categories： one is the classic androgen receptor antagonists,such as spironolactone and cyproterone acetate,which prevent the binding of testosterone and dihydrotestosterone to the receptors; the other kind is 5α reductase inhibitors,which adjust perifollicular androgen levels,such as finasteride,dutasteride etc. In addition,other therapies,including the hair transplant surgery,laser,autologous platelet rich plasma injection,adipose stem cells,are also gradually being popularized.
