摘  要:以聚酰胺为固定相,十二烷基硫酸钠-正丁醇-正己烷-水组成的微乳体系为展开剂,考察微乳液类型、表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、油相、改性剂对槐米中黄酮类成分的微乳薄层色谱分离效果的影响。结果表明,与V(甲醇)∶V(水)=1∶1和V(乙酸乙酯)∶V(甲酸)∶V(水)=8∶1∶1等常用展开剂相比,以φ(水)=75%的微乳液-甲酸(体积比9∶1)为展开剂时,分离得到的斑点数目多,斑点圆整不拖尾、荧光强度强,对槐米中的黄酮类成分的检测效果和灵敏度显著提高,可用于槐米中黄酮类成分的分离鉴定。With the flavonoids as target component,the samples were eluted by the developer of SDS/ n-C4HgOH/n-C6H14/H20.The influence of the type of microemulsion, surfactant, co-surfactant, oil phase and modifier on flavonoids in flos sophorae immaturus Was investigated through polyacetamide thin-layer chromatography.The studies showed that the optimum developer of microemulsion contains 75% water-formic acid (9:1).Compared with commonly used expansion agent such as ethyl acetate- formic acid-water (8:1 :1) and methanol-water (1 : 1) ,there were more isolated rounded spots and fluorescence intensity. The separation effect by microemulsion thin-layer chromatography was improved significantly,the method can be used for the qualitative identification of flavonoids in flos so- phorae immaturus.
