摘 要:采用共沉淀法和浸渍法制备固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2/La^(3+),通过用Hammett指示剂法进行酸强度的测定。将制备的材料用于催化合成聚合松香,结果表明SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2/La^(3+)具有较好的催化活性。较适宜的反应条件为:松香25.00g,甲苯37.5g[m(松香)∶m(甲苯)=1∶1.5],催化剂m(SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2/La^(3+))=1.50g,反应温度120℃,最佳c(浸渍硫酸)=1.0mol/L。La元素的引入使该催化剂具有较好的重复使用性。在该条件下合成的聚合松香的软化点可以达到125.4℃,得率达到85%。Solid super acid SO]-/TiOz/La^3+ was prepared by co-precipitation method and impregnation method, through the determination of acid strength with Hammett indicator method.The prepared materials are used in the catalytic synthesis of polyrosin; the results showed that SO4^2-/ Ti2/La^3+ had good catalytic activity.The appropriate reaction conditions were as follows.rosin 5 g, toluene 37.5 g[m (rosin):m (toluene) = 1:1.5] ;the amount of catalyst is 1.50 g;reaction temperature 120℃;reaction time 5 h;the optimum concentration of sulfuric acid is 1.0 mol/L.The introduction of La makes the catalyst good repetition.Under the condition above the softening point of polyrosin can reach 125.4℃ and the yield can reach 85%.
