老龄人口养老意愿分析:以深圳为例

摘　　要：人口是社会的主体,人口老龄化问题将给社会、经济、政治文化等各方面带来深刻的影响。通过对深圳养老机构和130位老年人进行深度访谈和访问式问卷调查,分析指出老龄人口养老选择受中国传统文化影响较大,资金收入渠道较为单一,养老需求受到医疗保健、子女、环境设施等因素的制约。针对调查中的突出问题,提出了拓展资金渠道、养老"时间储蓄"机制和多层次多模式养老的对策建议。Population is the main body of society, and the aging of the population will bring profound impact on social, economic, political and cultural aspects, and it has been highly valued by the central government. Through in-depth interview and access questionnaire survey of related institutions and 130 elderly people, this study found that Chinese traditional culture influence on aging population choice is huge, and the channels of capital income is relatively single, and the demand of medical and health care, children, environment and facilities are the most important influence factors. In view of the outstanding problems in the investigation, this study put forward suggestions of expanding the fund channel, the ＂time saving＂ mechanism mechanism and the multi-level and muhi-model.
