摘　　要：为了迎合当前企业及市场的人才需求,我们在加强本科教学内涵建设的政策引导下,针对我校能源与动力工程专业的特点,对能源专业职业能力模块进行了划分,以职业能力模块为导向,对课程体系进行了重组,实现了人才培养的模块化。此举对完善工程类院校应用型人才的培养体系具有重要意义。For catering to the current talents demand of enterprises and market, under the policy guidance of strengthening the connotation construction of undergraduate teaching, according to the specialty char- acteristics of energy and power engineering in our institute, module partition of professional competency for energy and power engineering specialtywas oriented towards the module. The curriculum system was restructured to realize the talents cultivation of modularization. It has a great significance for improving application-oriented talents training system in the engineering colleges and universities.
