摘　　要：通过阐释高校图书馆监测评估的内涵,讨论了高校图书馆监测评估的目的和特点。在此基础上探讨高校图书馆监测评估范式的转变及其技术基础,最后进行了反思和展望。监测评估可以直观呈现高校图书馆状态,其采用的抽象尺度主要有三种,即时间、空间和价值尺度。高校图书馆监测评估是以现代信息技术为基础的数据驱动型评估,其目的是为多元主体的科学判断和决策提供依据,以促进图书馆服务的持续改进。By interpreting the connotation of ULME, the article discusses its purpose and characteristics, probes the transformation of the paradigm and its technical basis, and finally carries out the reflection and prospect. Monitoring evaluation can be directly presented in the state of university library, and the abstract scale of ULME mainly includes time scale, spatial scale and value scale. It is a data-driven evaluation based on modern information technology, the purpose is to provide a basis for scientific judgment and decision-making for multiple subjects, and promote the continuous improvement of library services.
