摘　　要：出版物国际交换绩效评估体系以SMART目标管理原则为指标选取的指针,以IFLA2006指标体系为蓝本模型,以各图书情报机构实际交换业务为事实基础,采取德尔菲专家评估法为确定权重系数的理论工具,并遵循PDCA质量管理办法,以期推进出版物交换实践的良性循环发展。The performance evaluation system of publication international exchange is constructed under the guidance of 3 aspects： the guidelines of SMART management principles, the evaluation model of IFLA 2006,？the exchange cases of library information institutions. On the theoretical basis of Delphi method, the performance evaluation system follows PDCA circulation rules to propel the profound development in the practice of publication international exchange.？
