基于科技云平台的跨系统图书馆联盟协同知识服务模式研究——以浙江科技创新云服务平台为例

摘　　要：通过对浙江省高校、公共和科研院所图书馆面向社会开展文献服务的现状进行分析,并从科技云平台的服务对象——浙江省中小企业和创新团队对科技信息的需求出发,探讨图书馆通过跨系统的图书馆联盟,打破行政系统的限制,与科技云平台实现科技信息服务对接的意义。同时,对跨系统图书馆联盟基于科技云平台的科技文献创新知识服务模式进行了分析和研究。This article analyzes the present situation of the literature service in the libraries of colleges and universities, public and sci- entific research institutes. Based on the requirements of the small and medium-sized enterprise and innovation team of Zhejiang province, this ＇article discusses the significance of library consortia which has broken the limitation of administrative system and realized the connection with technology cloud platform. Meanwhile, it analyzes the service mode of scientific and technological literature innova- tion knowledge service based on the cloud platform of science and technology.
