摘　　要：目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒感染对精子DNA完整性的影响。方法选择血清乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原检测为阳性的12例男性患者作为观察组,对照组选择健康体检男性10例,对两组精液样本进行精子染色质扩散(SCD)实验和精液常规检测。结果与对照组相比,观察组精液密度、前向活动率、活动率和正常形态率明显更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在精液量的对比上,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组对比,观察组精子碎片SCD检查结果中,各项数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙型肝炎病毒感染影响精子的活动能力和精子密度多方面指标,严重影响精子DNA的质量,导致精子的质量大幅度下降。Objective To study the effects of hepatitis B virus infection on sperm DNA integrity. Methods Twelve male patients with seropositive hepatitis B surface antigen （HBsAg） were selected into the observation group, ten male individuals undergone healthy check--up were chosen into the control group. A sperm chromatin dispersion （SCD） test and a semen routine detection were performed for examining semen samples of the two groups. Results compared control group with observation group, the observation group had obviously lower sperm density, lower ratio of forward motile sperm, lower motility rate and lower normal morphology rate, there were statistical significant differences （ P 〈0. 05）. Comparison of semen volume between the two groups showed that there was no significant difference （ P 〉0.05）. Comparing the sperm fragment SCD test results between control group and observation group showed there were statistical differences （ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hepatitis B virus infection affects various sperm indexes such as sperm motility and sperm density, which seriously impacts on the quality of sperm DNA and results in a great decline in sperm quality.
