摘 要:目的:建立测定不同产地冬瓜子中4种脂肪酸含量的气相色谱方法。方法:色谱柱为HP-FFAP(0.2 mm×50 m)毛细管色谱柱,载气为氮气,流速0.5 mg/mL,分流比为23∶1,空气流速450 mg/mL,氢气流速45 mg/mL。柱温采取程序升温,进样口温度为250℃,FID检测器温度为250℃。结果:冬瓜子中棕榈酸质量分数为2.429%~2.977%,硬脂酸质量分数为1.217%~1.615%,油酸质量分数为3.260%~4.287%,亚油酸质量分数为10.752%~14.562%。结论:该方法准确度高、重复性好,可用于冬瓜子脂肪油中4种脂肪酸的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of the content of four kinds fatty acids in benincasa hispida (Thunb.)Cogn.from different origins. Method:The GC was performed on HP-FFAP column (0.22 mm×50 m,0.3μm),nitrogen gas was used as carrier and flow rate was 0.5 mL/min,split ratio was 23∶1,the air flow rate was 450 mL/min,the hydrogen flow rate was 45 mL/min. The column temperature was taken programmed,and the temperature of injector and FID detector was both at 250 ℃. Result:The content of palmtinic acid,octadecanoic acid,oleic acid and linoleic acid in benincasa hispida seed were 2.325%~2.985%,1.198% ~1.771%,2.212%~5.159%,7.383%~13.578%respectively. Conclusion:The method can be used to control the quality of four kinds fatty acids in benincasa hispida seed,which is accurate,convenient and repeatable.
