益景汤加减联合激光治疗气阴两虚夹瘀型消渴目病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益景汤加减联合激光治疗气阴两虚夹瘀型消渴目病的临床效果。方法:将60例(87眼)气阴两虚夹瘀型消渴目病病例随机分为两组。治疗组30例(44眼)应用益景汤加减联合激光治疗,对照组30例(43眼)采用单纯激光治疗。通过视力、FFA及OCT等检查比较两组病例疗效,检测两组病例治疗前后血清VEGF水平。结果:治疗1个月后治疗组总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月两组血清VEGF水平均较治疗前下降,治疗组较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:益景汤加减联合激光治疗气阴两虚夹瘀型消渴目病疗效优于单纯激光治疗。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect on diabetes eye disease （deficiency of qi and Yin with blood stasis syndrome）with Yijing decoction and laser. Methods：60 cases （87 eyes）of diabetes eye disease （dificiency of qi and Yin with blood stasis syndrome）were divided into two groups randomly. Patients in treatment group （30 cases,44 eyes）were treated by Yijing decoction and laser and patients in control group （30 cases,43 eyes）were treated with laser.Two groups patients′visual acuities,FFA and OCT were examined and compared.The serum level of VEGF of two groups was detected. Results：One months after therapy,the total curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The serum VEGF levels of two groups were lower than that before,the treatment group decreased more obvious than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of Yijing decoction and laser is better than that of laser on diabetes eye disease（deficiency of qi and Yin with blood stasis syndrome）.
