β_2-微球蛋白、尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值对诊断早期糖尿病肾病的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清β_2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值(m ALB/Cr)对诊断早期糖尿病肾病的价值。方法:选取2012年8月-2014年10月78例2型糖尿病患者,分为早期糖尿病肾病组40例和尿蛋白阴性组38例,对照组为同期健康体检者36例,分别检测β_2-MG和m ALB/Cr数值,进行统计学分析。结果:糖尿病患者β_2-MG、mALB/Cr值明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);早期糖尿病肾病组的β_2-MG、Malb/Cr值高于尿蛋白阴性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:β_2-MG、m ALB/Cr升高提示与肾功能损伤呈明显正相关,可用于评估糖尿病早期肾脏病变。Objective：Explore the diagnosis value of early diabetic nephropathy （DN）on beta 2-microserum globulin（beta 2-MG）,determination of the morning urine specimen of urine trace albumin/creatinine ratio （mALB/Cr）. Methods：78 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus（DM）selected from August 2012 to October 2014 were divided into the early DN group 40 cases and urine protein negative group of 38 cases and the control group 36 cases of physical examination for the same period were selected. The serum beta 2-MG and mALB/Cr were determined respectively and the results were statistical processing. Results：Diabetes beta 2-MG,and mALB/Cr value were obviously higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）, the beta 2-MG and mALB/Cr value was higher than that of the urine protein negative groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Beta 2-MG and mALB/Cr renal injury was significantly positive correlation,can be used to assess early diabetic kidney disease.
